On Thursday 9th November we held our recent Customer Day. We had a fantastic attendance and a great day was had by all.
Presentations by Tech UK, ECSC & Pan Intelligence were well received but the real highlights for our attendees were the Protean sessions on improvements to professional services & support operations; a development review including a look at the product road map; a live demo of Protean Intelligence (our very own business intelligence real-time dashboard feature) and a sneak peek at ServiceSight, our next generation service management system.
The day finished with a prize draw with Craig from Ballinlough Refrigeration, Catherine from Mosca, Jonathan from Ideal Lifts & Emma from United Air Power going home with something to remember the day by.
A huge thank you to our visitors for the day and to the dedicated Protean team for putting on a great event.
