When allocating a job visit to an engineer, either by using the plannerboard or the ‘Add Visit’ button within a job, you can choose whether the job visit is Scheduled, Response Time, or Arranged:
- The Scheduled Arrival Time Type denotes that the job visit is a planned service or maintenance visit that has been automatically scheduled
- The Response Time Arrival Time Type denotes that the job visit time is based on the response time agreed for Call Out jobs (either at global system or maintenance contract level)
- The Arranged Arrival Time Type denotes that the job visit has been specifically arranged with the customer. If this is used, a warning will appear if anyone tries to amend the visit date/time or engineer
